Who we are

HerbalAsia360 is an independent affiliate information project about herbal supplements sold in Southeast Asia. The site has sections for Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore, each written in the language of its readers and showing prices in local currency.

We are not the manufacturer of any product on the site and we are not a shop. Orders placed through our forms are passed to the seller of the product, who confirms them by phone, ships the parcel and collects the payment on delivery. We may receive a commission for these orders; it does not change the price for the customer.

How products are selected

We list herbal supplements that are actively sold with cash on delivery in a specific country and that have a clear purpose, a known format and an ordering process with a call from the seller. Each product appears only in the country where it is sold, with that country's price and delivery conditions.

We avoid duplicate listings: one product has one main page in its country section, plus a separate page with all customer reviews.

How products are described

For each product we describe what the seller designed it for, its format, how it is taken, the ingredients the seller names and who it suits. When the full composition or the amounts are not published, we say that they are printed by the manufacturer on the pack rather than guessing.

Every product page includes a reminder that dietary supplements are not medicines and do not replace treatment prescribed by a doctor. The editorial rating on product pages is our own score from four criteria on a 1–5 scale and is shown separately from customer reviews.

How reviews are collected

Customer opinions are collected after delivery — during the seller's follow-up call or through our contact form — and are published in the language of the country. Each product page shows a selection of reviews and links to a page with all of them.
