How to order with cash on delivery

Step 1. Open your country section

Orders are accepted for Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. Choose your country at the top of any page. Each section lists the products sold there, with prices in local currency and an order form for local mobile numbers.

Step 2. Choose the product

Use search or the category chips, then open the product page. There you will find what the product is designed for, its format, how to take it, the ingredients named by the seller, the editorial rating and customer reviews.

Step 3. Fill in the form

Enter your name and your mobile number. The country code is already filled in, so type the rest of the number. The form is short on purpose: the operator clarifies everything else on the call.

• Use a number you can answer in the next hours.
• Write your name the way you would like the operator to address you.
• One request per product is enough — repeated forms do not speed up the call.

Step 4. Talk to the operator

The seller's operator calls you from a local number, answers questions about the product, confirms the number of packs and the final amount, and agrees the most convenient delivery option for your address.

Step 5. Receive and pay

You pay in cash when the parcel arrives. There is no prepayment and no card payment on our site. Keep your phone nearby on the delivery day in case the courier needs to call.
