A quick tip: name the product or paste the page link, then explain what you need in a sentence or two. That saves a round of back-and-forth. Writing about your personal data? Then mention the mobile number used in the order form; without it, we have no way to match your message to a request.
Good reasons to email us
Write in when a product page shows a detail that is wrong or out of date, when part of the site is hard to read on your phone, when our privacy policy or affiliate disclosure leaves you with a question, or when you want the details you sent in a form erased. Ideas for categories or products you would like to find in the Philippine catalogue are welcome too. Every message helps keep the pages clear for the next reader.
Questions about an order
Orders do not pass through our hands, so parcel tracking is invisible to us. Confirmation, packs, delivery, payment, returns: all of these sit with the seller, and the operator who rang you is the person to ask. Save that number after the first call so it is easy to find later.
Still waiting for a call after sending the form? Check that the number you typed is correct and that your phone accepts calls from numbers not in your contacts. Some phones quietly filter unknown callers, so the settings are worth a quick look.

Ordered through our site and want to tell others how it went? Write to us about what you noticed yourself: the format of the product, the pack, the operator's call, the delivery and paying at the door. Reviews may appear on the product page with your name shortened for privacy.

Where we can't help
We are editors, not health professionals, so we cannot assess symptoms or suggest what you personally should take. For health questions, please see your doctor or visit the health centre in your barangay. We also take no orders by email; orders start with the form on a product page and are confirmed by the seller's call.
Feeling unwell after starting a product? Stop taking it and see a doctor without delay, then inform the seller as well, using the operator's number. Your health always comes first.
