Delivery and payment in the Philippines
Who ships your parcel?
Shortly after you send the form, the seller's operator calls to confirm your order. During that call, you and the operator agree on the most convenient delivery option for your address, and the operator takes the address down in full. The seller then packs the order and sends it out.
HerbalAsia360 keeps no products and ships no parcels. We are an information site, and the seller handles packing and delivery from start to finish. That is why questions about where your parcel is right now should go to the seller's operator.
Paying in cash at your door
All products in the Philippine section are paid cash on delivery. No deposit, no bank transfer, no card details. The operator tells you the total on the confirmation call, so you can set aside the exact amount, which helps a lot if the rider comes while you are out and a family member receives the parcel for you.
Whatever price a product page shows is the seller's promotional price, and it can change. The operator confirms the current figure before shipping, so the amount you pay at the door matches what you agreed on the phone.
Delivery across Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao
Sellers in this section ship to addresses across the country, from big cities to provincial towns. If a particular product cannot be delivered to a certain area, we write that on its page, in the delivery section and in the questions. Living on a smaller island or far from the town proper? Mention it at the start of the call so the operator can arrange the best way to reach you.
When the parcel comes
Check that the name on the parcel is yours and that the outer packaging is intact, then pay the amount the operator gave you. Keep the number that called you, as it is the quickest line for any question about the order. If no one will be home, tell the operator in advance so that a relative or a neighbour you trust can receive it, or so the drop-off can be moved to another day.
