What we receive from you

The order form collects exactly two details, a name and a mobile number. It does not ask for your full address, card details, bank details or any ID. You give your delivery address directly to the seller's operator during the call.

As with any website, our server also logs basic technical details: IP address, browser type and which page the form came from. We use them to keep the site secure, filter out fake or repeated submissions and keep the form running smoothly.

Why we use your name and number

Your name and number go to the call centre of the product's seller for one purpose only: to process your order. The operator uses them to call you, confirm the product and the number of packs, take down your address and arrange the delivery.

Your details are never sold and never used for advertising, and we send no promotional texts or messages under the HerbalAsia360 name.

Who receives the data

The order details reach the product's seller through the affiliate network that links this site with sellers. The seller is responsible for processing the order, delivering it and contacting you about it. Nobody else receives your data from us, except where the law requires it.

The operator's call

After you send the form, the seller's operator calls you about that order and only that order. If you change your mind or prefer not to be contacted again, let the operator know during the call, or email us and we will pass the request to the seller.

Please enter only your own number, or the number of someone who has agreed to take the call, such as a parent you are ordering for.

Storage and security

Data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). For up to 30 days, a brief technical entry of each form sent (the phone number and the product) is stored, so that one order is never passed on twice. How long the seller holds order details is set by the seller's own rules for processing and shipping.

Cookies

No advertising cookies are placed by this site. The only cookie used is a small technical one that can remember the part of the site you last visited. Separately, your browser can keep a short note on your own device after you order a product, which stops the same form from going out twice.

Your rights

Write to info@herbalasia360.com whenever you want to know which of your details reached us, or to have them corrected or erased. For data already passed to the seller, you can also make the request directly to the seller's operator.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18. If this policy changes, the updated version will always be published on this page.
