Ordering with cash on delivery (COD), step by step
Ordering takes only a few minutes
There is no account to create, no long checkout and nothing to pay in advance. The form on each product page asks for two things, and every other detail is settled with the seller's operator over the phone.
- Open the product you like and read its page from top to bottom.
- Type your name and an active Philippine mobile number in the order form, then press the order button.
- Wait for the call from the seller's operator, who rings from a local number.
- On the call, confirm the product, the number of packs, your full address and the total amount.
- Receive the parcel and pay the rider in cash.
What happens during the operator's call?
The operator introduces themselves, names the product you requested and asks whether you have questions about how to take it or what is inside. Next, they help you decide how many packs fit the period of use suggested for that product, write down your address with a landmark, and tell you the current price and the total to pay.
Make the most of this call. It is your chance to clear up every question before anything is shipped. If you have changed your mind, just say so: you have not paid a single peso yet.
How to give an address the rider can find
Have the complete address ready: house or unit number, street, subdivision or village if there is one, barangay, city or municipality, province, and a landmark people nearby know, such as the chapel, the school, the sari-sari store on the corner or the waiting shed. For a condo, add the tower and unit number.
If you are at the office in Makati, BGC or Ortigas on weekdays, choose an address where someone is around during the day, or tell the operator which days suit you better.
Ordering for parents or relatives
Plenty of orders here are for someone else: a parent in the province, a lola who never shops online, or family back home while you work abroad. Put the receiver's name and Philippine mobile number in the form, with their permission, or simply explain on the call that the parcel is for someone else. Make sure someone at that address can accept it and pay in cash.
Once the parcel is in your hands
Read the directions on the pack before you begin and keep to the amount the manufacturer gives. Store the product in a cool, dry place out of children's reach, away from a hot car dashboard or a sunny windowsill, especially during the summer months. For questions about the product or the order, call back the number that rang you. For questions about this website, write to info@herbalasia360.com.
